We stand by the quality of our Eternal Love Rose Apple Box. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, simply contact us at contact@eternalloveroseset.love — we’ll happily remake, exchange, or refund your order.

Important: All return/refund requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returns for Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or damaged:

Email contact@eternalloveroseset.love with your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description.
We will respond within 48 hours to process a full refund or send a replacement.
No return is needed for defective or damaged products — just provide clear evidence.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping for defective or damaged items.
For all non-quality related returns, customers must cover their own return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time

Please allow 2–3 weeks for returns to be received and processed.
Once confirmed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns.
